We use task outcomes to mark how the calls have gone, tag the leads, and move them accordingly. Applying these tags will allow us to trigger other campaigns that we have made in Keap.
For example, in the picture to the right, you'll see we used task outcomes to tag people with "Booked Demo" which could put them into a campaign that has specific messaging for the demo.
We first meet to make sure that Keap is a good fit for you. We will talk about business goals and what you ultimately envision for you Keap being your CRM.
An outline of work to be done and a roadmap of your Keap development is created and reviewed before we begin to make changes to Keap.
We review any current client lists and tags you want to be uploaded into Keap and decide on verticals and campaign types as well as sales pipeline structure
Integrations talk happens. If you use any tools in your tech stack, we will do our best to integrate them with Keap when we can.
Building starts to happen! After this, you will have an operational CRM, where contact data and lead information will be stored for automated follow-up and record-keeping.
